During Free Trial
If you are on a free trial and have set up autopay, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial expires, no charges will be deducted from your payment method.
After Payment Deduction
If you cancel your subscription after a payment has been successfully deducted, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle for which you have paid. The cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle, and autopay will be stopped.
2. Refund Policy
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds once a payment has been successfully deducted. If a charge has been processed, it is non-refundable, regardless of usage or early cancellation.
